Sunoco LP (NYSE: SUN) is getting out of the convenience store business. The Dallas-based c-store operator and fuel distributor has agreed to sell a majority of its convenience stores to 7-Eleven Inc. for $ 3.31 billion in cash plus fuel, merchandise and other inventories. 7-Eleven is owned by Tokyo-based Seven & i Holdings Co.
